Vanessa Hedge qualified as a Body Control Pilates Level 3 Matwork Instructor in 2008 after leaving a career as a Post-Doctoral Cancer Research Scientist. Since then she has gained further qualifications in pre and post natal exercise programmes and is a Back4Good practitioner. In addition, she has completed the intermediate and advanced matwork courses run by Body Control.
Vanessa has undertaken small equipment courses to enhance the matwork exercises and is experienced working with toning circles, small balls, foam rollers, resistance bands, wobble boards, spiky balls and the spine corrector. Whether you are a total beginner, intermediate or an advanced Pilates student, you will find the classes challenging, varied and fun. Private 1:1 or small group classes are also available.
